March Home & Garden Expo Success
On March 24-26, I was an exhibitor at the Home & Garden Expo located in King of Prussia, PA at the Valley Forge Convention Center. The crowds were large and the booth was crowded with people in need of help with their interior decorating projects. I met so many nice people and I look forward to helping them with their projects. We also had three raffle winners;
1st place winner - Samuel Szewczyk
2nd place winner - Michael Martin
3rd place winner - Donna DeBiase
They each won $100 towards interior decorating services. Hopefully they will take advantage of this limited offer. So Congratulations to all three and I hope to hear from them soon. Thanks for visiting my booth and making the show a big success.

In Search of South Jersey Landscape Prints
I am real excited about a project I am working on with Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital in Camden, New Jersey. They approached me to help them find artwork for their new wing and I agreed to donate my time for this cause. Brightening up the hospital with artwork will make the stay more cheerful. I am in search of South Jersey artists who would be willing to donate a print or photograph of any South Jersey landscape. If you know of such an artist please have them contact me at teresa@absolutelivingtoday.com. Your help is greatly appreciated.

Easter Holiday Recipes Available
Just like most of you I have holiday traditions. For Easter I prepare two desserts, Easter Bread and Ricotta Pie. My mother (God rest her soul) made these two recipes every year and I have followed her tradition. If you would like these recipes, just click on the link below. They are delicious.

Wallpaper
I am asked periodically if wallpaper is still considered "in". Wallpaper never really went out. It's really the individual's preference as to whether they want it or not. There are so many different and unique types of wallpaper today, from vinyl or vinyl- coated, fabric, grass cloth, wood veneer with fabric backing, leather tile, and cork. The decision on which one to select is based on the understanding of the functional, aesthetic and economic requirements of the space. Is the wall a focal point or backdrop for other objects? Be careful when selecting patterned wallpaper, the scale of the room plays a big part in how it will ultimately present itself. Also, consider your budget, wallpaper is more expensive then painting.
