February 2010
Dear Teresa,
Happy Valentines Day Everyone!
Where did January go? I hope everyone is trying to enjoy the snow as much as they can. I love watching blizzards as long as I am home, which I was. My dog was not a happy camper yesterday when it was time for him to go out to do his business. Mommy made sure he had his coat with a hood and his booties on, because the wind was really fierce. We got him Muskies booties and they are the greatest. His feet stay dry and warm.
Anyway, we are now into Febuary and hopefully the Spring will get here fast.
So much has happened in one month. So read on.....
Sincerely,
Teresa Tocco-Davenport, CID

Philly Home Show Outcome
We exhibited at the Philadelphia Home Show last month as we have been doing the last three years and the attendance was wonderful. I didn't know what to expect with how the economy has been, but people were out buying and interested in working on their homes. I have been very busy with appointments from the show. We introduced our new booth, which my husband built for me. I introduced my new digital picture portfolio bounded books, which people loved browsing through to see the before and afters. I found the show to be very positive and upbeat, with a renewed spirit from people longing to get back to normal and taking advantage of the great deals provided at the show.
While I was there I filmed a commercial in my booth, which is being aired on YouTube as of today. It is also seen on Facebook, LinkedIn and my website.
If you would like to view it on YouTube, just click the link below.

Color Selection Video Canceled
Last month I mentioned that I was approached to participate with two other decorators in a video on Color Consultation and we would be filming this month.
Unfortunately, the company who was financing this project, realized the time and effort it was going to take and did not budget accordingly, so she had to postpone the project indefinitely. However, I am still offereing TeleSeminars on Color Consultations and their will be one this month. See the article below.
TeleSeminar February Schedule
As I promised, the TeleSeminars will be resuming this month. The first one is scheduled for this week. Please click on the links below to find out more about each TeleSeminar and how to register.

Carnival Towel Creations
I have been wanting to share this with you since I got back from my honeymoon, but kept forgetting. We went on a Carnival Cruise to Alaska. If you have never been on a cruise then you probably were not aware of how the stewards would leave a towel creation in your room every night. I loved the ones he made for us so I had to purchase the book on how to make them. Now whenever I have guests staying at the house George and I prepare a towel creation and lay it on the guest bed. Our friends and family love them.
If you are interested in purchasing one, click on the link below, it will take you directly to the carnival website and the page to purchase one.
Enjoy.

About Absolute Living Today
I would like to thank those of you that knew my father has been fighting Bladder Cancer and Prostate Cancer and continued to ask how he is doing. I am sooooo happy to say that my Dad went for his post-surgerical follow-up visit and they gave him a clean bill of health. He does need to have follow-up tests and visits every three months this year since it did hit a lymph node, but right now he is in remission and adjusting to the bladder bag. He is back to work and in great spirits. Thank you for your prayers and well wishes.
