Over
the holidays, I had the opportunity to sample my stuffed
olive recipe at Macaro's Deli & Catering on Westfield
Ave in Pennsauken, NJ and Croce's Pasta & Italian
Specialties on Rt. 70 in Cherry Hill, NJ. They were
a hit. I sold over 560 olives, considering I made less
than a thousand, the balance were used as samplers.
I am really excited that so many
people enjoyed my stuffed olives.
