Challenge: An old 1700 building being converted into a Bed and Breakfast, needs period decor (Lily Inn in Burlington, NJ)

Solution: Chose window treatment designs to accentuate the period and

selected wallpaper and drapery fabric of same pattern, chose paint colors

that were complementary of the fabrics

Benefit: Bright and cheery, privacy window covers to patrons

Challenge: Restaurant with a 20 yr old décor, non appetizing color scheme
Solution: Re-upholestered valance, added tablecloths and napkins, painted
ceiling, paneling and trim, replaced wallpaper, added new wall décor and foliage, replaced entrance counter top and sides.

Benefits: brighter, bolder, more appealing colors to increase appetite and cleaner appearance. Completed on time.
