Room Makeovers
The pictures below are just a sampling of room makeovers, residential and commercial. Every week I am invited into someone's home for an Idea Session to provide ideas in rearranging furniture, displaying accessories
and selecting paint colors. Sometimes ideas are implemented
immediately, other times I am just providing ideas and the client
implements them at a later date. However, I am constantly getting emails from those I provided ideas to, thanking me for the guidance I gave them.

Challenge: all walls are builders white, whole house with walls that just keep
flowing into one another, only needed paint colors to finish the rooms.
Solution: selected paint colors from furniture and accessories and tied the rooms
together
These are the after pictures:

Solution: elegant, warm, cheery and bright rooms

Challenge: bland white walls, no color in living room and dining room and two girls rooms
Solution: client selected bedspreads and furniture for the two girls rooms and
asked me to select paint colors that were bright and fun. I selected colors from
the bedding and provided a choice for an accent wall and another color for the remaining walls to complement the bedding and furniture. Provided color for dining room and living room. Window treatments are being made so stay tuned. No before pictures were provided, but imagine white walls.
These are the after pictures:

Benefit: colorful and fun as well as coordinating.

I was honored
to be asked to donate my time for my services to organize
the displays and decorate two galleries at the Riverfront
Renaissance Center for the
Arts in Millville, NJ. Below are the before and after
pictures to show you a
sampling of a
one-day makeover.
Challenge: limited time and supplies
to work with, did not see all items to be displayed
until day of makeover.
Solution:
art gallery volunteers searched basement for supplies
and removed
existing artwork,
friends donated some decorations, created a schematic
to
follow for set up with
what I had to work with
Benefit: beautiful display
for guests to enjoy, easy functionality for
people to move around,
5 hours to set up
Here are the
before pictures:
