The contractual agreement is usually two hours or more depending on the size of the project. This can be paid by the hour (call for pricing and breakdown) or a flat rate. The flat rate is quoted at the idea session and is based on the size of the project. Flat rates are more conducive for whole house projects and new construction.

1-10 hrs time- Specific Price per hour
Over 11 hrs time - Reduced Price per hour
