| The Plan: An outdated, small space that needs to be utilized as more than one function. We created three zones, consisting of a library between a gym and TV area. Brighter, neater and more organized space is the end result. | |

| The Plan: 2000 sq ft basement, new construction, needs six zones. Needed space planning and furniture placement. Created a foyer entrance, game and music area, TV area, sitting area, office, storage, pantry and gym. Added a dumb waiter too. (not seen in pictures) | |
