She always kept me updated on the progress of my project and was available for any questions or concerns I had. One curtain finial was received with a stripped nail. Teresa promptly reordered the product and it did not hinder the installation of the curtains. "I asked Teresa to take a look at our living room which had become the one room in our house that my husband and I tended to avoid "living" in. We had a cozy den that had become the room we retreated to, but the living room was larger, housed the piano and fireplace and a set-up for our guitars. It was also brighter with four large windows and light wood floors. It had started to take on a stuffy, company-only, museum quality feel that we just walked by and admired. Our goal with Teresa was to reclaim the room into the overall informal "bed and breakfasty" feel of our home. At first, she looked a little stumped because all the essential elements seemed to be there, attractive enough, and nothing needed to be removed or replaced. In the long, rectangular room, the furniture dimensions seemed to dictate their placement, while the colors only needed a little punching up. then, with a few quick flicks of her tape measure, narrowed eyes, and invisible mental gears turning, Teresa mapped out a whole new room arrangement, moving everything into a new space, and we were transformed. I cannot tell you the difference it has made this winter except that we use the room almost every day now, especially enjoying the fireplace during the frequent snowstorms watching TCM's 31 days of Oscar. It's nice to feel that the whole house is working for us now having cost nothing more than a very small investment in Teresa's talent as an Interior Decorator. Thank you!"

Hi Teresa - Our rugs arrived - the first delivery was incorrect - the round rug was oblong.  We sent it back and the correct rug arrived last week.  So it is officially complete.  Jim painted the sewing room and I hung white lace valences for now.  We really are very happy with everything and appreciate the expert advice you shared with us.  Jim and I want to set a date for sometime in late July or August with you to discuss the furniture layout and paint colors in the dining room area.  Mark's graduation party was Saturday and it was so nice to have the living room complete - thanks to you Teresa.  My family and friends all comment on and compliment the wonderful changes in our living room, and everytime I walk by, I smile.  Thanks again and we will talk soon.  I will email you photos by this weekend.
